Our head Ice Cream Slinger, Josh, runs @eatsgonewild on Instagram where he reviews local restaurants, snacks, and of course ice cream. After eating and reviewing about 300 different pints, Josh’s love for ice cream drove him to making his first batches. He dove head first into exploring the ice cream industry and quickly developed his signature style - “no hoed pints”.

His passion for food inspires him to create killer combos using only the highest quality ingredients. This quickly caught the attention of ice cream lovers all over the internet, and eventually Houston locals. What was meant to be a passion project has now turned into an award winning ice cream company. While Underground Creamery has yet to keep up with the demand, Josh is slowly growing his business to ensure everyone gets to try his creations.
